Also on topic: Will Security Guards have animations for the MP5? I ask this because,
#1-It makes sense the they would pick up an SMG after busting their ass killing the marines.
#2-I wanted to make a guard-marine war in the middle of Black Mesa.

Hello, I just registered on the forum ^^, i wanted to ask:

Will the ending scene of Black Mesa will be more in cinematic style than the original where Gordon and the G-man were only standing in front of the other. I don't know, maybe The G-man can move a little more, be sitting somewhere, like in his Half life 2 Episode 2 appearance.

Nope. From the wiki entry it appears that guards will carry their trusty Glocks with them, except where the level designer has decided to arm them otherwise (e.g. - the shotgun.)
There is no mention of the MP5, and - this is just a guess - I don't think any guards will pick up other weapons, they're either scripted with them or are not.
