We're providing the FGD with the mod so that people can create custom maps or minimods or whatever. We didn't write an add-on system like L4D or Garry's Mod because that would be silly.

No he's talking about from the actual menu, not the console. Only Portal and L4D games did this. No HL games did.

I take it you're used to L4D and L4D2, the way you worded that, and the answer is no.

Although, people will be able to make their own mods for Black Mesa, making use of it's assets (textures, models, sounds, etc) through the general Source SDK (hammer, faceposer, etc), and release them as usual. The only unusual thing about these mods would be that they require whoever downloads it to have previously downloaded/installed Black Mesa.

We know that thanks to the system generating faces there will be many different scientist ... How many voice actors do you have for all scientist and marines security guards etc.
