So with Source and Steam for Linux basically confirmed, will the mod be delayed for a port? Will there be a port? Will a port come after release?

What do you expect? Valve ported Source to MacOS 2 years ago and there is still no SDK for modders.

compared to the 08 trailer, how much has the game improved visually etc?
im not sure if this has been answered before - if you released the game in 09, would you have been disappointed knowing how the game looks/plays now? |

Will the new website have official pictures comparing 2009 build with 2012 build or will you show them in a less formal way (wiki, forums etc)?

I'm guessing of that amount of people, 1,000 or more have linux. Last edited by deadlife101; 30-04-12 at 17:48.. Reason: added something |

It's actually required for the new melee combat system.

Is the new "updated" website something we can expect in the near future regardless of whether the mod's progress is satisfying or not....or is it dependent on the mod's progress - which means it only gets updated to let us know that the mod is about to be released.

I was looking at some media on the wiki, and I saw this:
![]() At first, I thought "Cool, the level looks pretty awesome", but then I noticed the comparison overlay in the top right. Now, I know that I'm being OCD, but what happened to Barney? |

Is that scientist on the left performing the Moonwalker lean or is he leaning on the wall to his side?

Is it going to be possible for the mod to get ported to the latest available Source Engine after it's released by modders ?

I see thanks. So we might see some touch from modders to this already great mod after release
Black Mesa with the latest CS:GO engine would look beyond perfection with the new lighting and shadowing, not to mention cloth physics ... that would add another layer of realism to the NPCs |
