The parking lot looks excellent; however, I’d consider using some additional textures for the building itself (particularly on the “ribs”) and maybe adding some func_details on the far wall and around the top of the roof to diminish the “single gray block” effect.
Yep, break up the flatness a bit. Also build your skybox brushes properly, don’t just literally box your map in.
It’s possible that the boxing could just be to show off the map easier - Doesn’t look as nice if it’s just blackness because you flew out of the skybox.
